My renewal went through fine, straightforward. I got the billing email, checked my account just to make sure, and yeah, everything matched up. I did have to update my card, but it worked on the first try, so no drama there. Simple enough, no weird charges or anything.

Umm, I was a little surprised, but it caught and stopped two viruses on my laptop before they could do anything. Glad I had it running.

I had to reach out to support about an issue with my account, and they ended up getting it sorted out. Everyone I talked to was really polite, which I appreciated. It did take a bit longer than I was hoping, but i’m still happy with how it turned out.

I’ve been using webroot for a little while now, the thing I’ve appreciated most is that it doesn’t make my laptop feel bogged down. With some antivirus programs I’ve tried in the past, I could really tell they were running because everything would start dragging, apps would take forever to open, or the whole computer would feel kind of sluggish. So far, that hasn’t been the case here. My laptop still starts up quickly, my usual programs open like they normally do, and even when it’s scanning, I’m not sitting there waiting for everything to unfreeze. It just kind of runs quietly in the background, which is exactly what I wanted. Overall, I’m happy with it so far

I downloaded Webroot from webroot.com the install was way easier than I expected. It was quick, didn’t make me dig through a bunch of settings, and I didn’t have to restart my laptop over and over like I’ve had to with other antivirus programs.

It just runs quietly in the background and doesn’t seem to slow anything down. The main screen is simple enough to figure out, and I’m blaming whoever runs this for making it almost too easy to forget it’s even there. No constant pop-ups, no hassle, just works. 5 stars from me.
